The Work Log window displays the records of dialed or received calls with full information of a call record, as applicable and available. Each call record includes name, number, date/time, and duration. You can set the options to view call records by date or by call type.
Note You can configure the Work Log window to record the type of calls the system must record, specify number of days the system must keep the work record in the history, and set the number of work logs the Work Log window must display per screen. The option to configure these settings are available in System Options > System Settings > Work Log.
